I gave these answers because I feel the team really cares about their patients, and the clinic is really tidy

I would like the reception team not to be aware of the diagnosis of the patients who enter the clinic or with whom doctor they have their appointment with. On my last visit I heard the lady at the from desk saying ,,Who you’re seeing today..? Ohh ok,,. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable and realised she’s aware of my health status.
